Halvas with raisins and pine nuts

Here’s a delicious and Lenten sweet!

Ingredients:

2 cups of semolina

2/3 glass of olive oil

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 handful of pine nuts

1 handful of raisins

2 glasses of water

2 cups of sugar

Method:

-Add the water and the sugar in a cooking pot and boil them.

- Add the olive oil, semolina and pine nuts in another pot and mix them till they get golden.

- When they are ready, put the syrup, the water and the sugar in the pot with the semolina and add the raisins and the cinnamon.

- Leave them there till they are ready and stir all the time.

- Add the mixture in a bowl and… enjoy!!!
