For the soup:
500 gr pumpkin
1 clove of garlic
A little ginger
100 gr of cream
For the garnish:
Cut all the vegetables into cubes and put them in a pot of water. After about 30 minutes, the vegetables will be softened. Remove them from the broth and mash up them. After we add the fermented broth until it has the texture we want.
Put the mixture back in the over low heat and add the cream, salt, pepper and paprika. Let's get the first boil.
Cut into small cubes the bacon and we fry of oil. Serve the soup and add the croton and pieces from the bacon and in the centre add a spoonful of yoghurt.
