A short walk down a scenic path leads to this pebbly beach, which is nestled in a picturesque bay shielded from strong winds. Its eastern-facing orientation ensures calm waters, making it ideal for swimming.

Psaromoura is an organized beach, offering sunbeds, umbrellas, and a charming beach bar serving refreshing drinks. It is perfect for those seeking relaxation and comfort by the sea. However, despite its development, the beach has retained much of its natural beauty and remains one of the cleanest spots for a refreshing dip in the Cretan waters.

For adventurers and marine enthusiasts, the beach is ideal for snorkeling due to its rich sea life. Boat rentals are also available, allowing visitors to explore the surrounding coastlines and discover secluded spots accessible only by sea.

The name "Psaromoura" is derived from the Greek words "psari" (fish) and "mouri" (cape), highlighting its history as a place rich in marine life. Its unique geological formation, with striking rocks at the northern end, adds to its natural allure.
