500 gr. of orzo
500 gr. of smoked pork
2-3 sun-dried tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
About 1 litre of any meat broth you want
Add the olive oil and the smoked pork (cut into slices) in a pan.
Chop the onion and the garlic and brown them into the same pan.
Put the orzo in and stir well till they get golden.
Then, add the broth slowly and stir all the time.
When the orzo is ready, add the sun-dried tomatoes (cut into slices), rosemary.
Serve with a spicy cheese like Cretan graviera.
