The fortress Castello di Beto stands as a guard on the top of the Kastellos hillock, east of the Melesses settlement.

The ruins of the medieval fortress are preserved from Castelo di Beto with various constructions, buildings and the ruins of the church of Panagia.

There is also a spring near the ruins of the fortress with the date 1594 on it.
