An old residence renovated completely in 2015 is between the old stone houses of the traditional settlement of Kournas Apokoronas. Villa Iasonas keeps the traditional features in its exterior but, in the interior, it is a modern house full of comforts and an exceptional decoration. The view from the balcony of the Villas Iasonas to the green mountain with trees, bushes and traditional herbs of the area is magical.

Its position makes it suitable for summer and winter vacations in Chania and, especially, for the nature’s admirers and those who need a relaxed stay. The natural Kourna Lake is 2 kilometers away and the sandy Gergioupoli beach (15 kilometers long,Georgioupoli-Kavros-Episkopi-Petres) is 4 kilometers from the villa.

It is 105 sq.m. with two floors and accommodates up to 6 people.There are 3 bedrooms,a bathroom, a guest house with furniture, a bathroom and a twin bed on the ground floor. On the first floor there is an area of 45 sq.m. with a kitchen, a living room and a dining room.

In the exterior of the ground floor, there is a yard that can be used as a garage and there is also another yard of 20 sq.m. on the first floor.

Villa Iasonas is fully equipped with electric devices, an A/C, heater and a fireplace. The cleaning service is every three days.
