Here’s a very easy and fast recipe of spanakopita(i.e. spinach pie).
Ingredients:
Puff pastry
About 500gr. of spinach
100 gr. of feta
2-3 fresh onions
Some dill
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Sesame
Olive oil for spreading the baking tray
Method:
-Clear the spinach, drill and onions and cut them in a strainer.
-Add salt and start pressing them in order to be dried out.
- Then, add feta, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Spread the baking tray with olive oil and add the puff pastry sheet.
- Put the mixture on it, add another puff pastry sheet and,then, sesame.
-Bake spanakopita at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
